Tuna salad recipe simple. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat a heavy large oven proof frying pan over high heat. Place chicken over sauce and cover with remaining sauce. Fry in butter in hot skillet turning and browning for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Stir the oil and herbs in a small bowl to blend. Then in bread crumbs. Place slices of mozzarella on top of chicken. Season the flour and place on one plate put the beaten eggs on another and mix the breadcrumbs parmesan and herbs on a third plate.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Dip chicken in egg. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan heat oil over medium high heat. Once sizzling add the crumbed. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg then into breadcrumb mixture to coat. Truly a great recipe.
To skillet add spaghetti sauce. Preheat the oven to 5000f. Pour 12 of the pasta sauce into a 20x20cm baking dish. Add in tomatoes and water season with salt pepper and chilli flakes and let simmer 10 minutes.
Add the cutlets and cook just until brown about 2 minutes per side. Dip chicken into egg then into the breadcrumbs. Dip the flattened chicken breasts escalopes in the beaten egg followed by the parmesan breadcrumbs. Pierce the chicken all over with a sharp knife.
Pour pasta sauce into a lightly greased 23x33cm or similar sized baking dish. Pour sauce into a 9 x 13 baking dish and place chicken in. Heat some olive oil with the butter in a large frying pan. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Brush both sides of the cutlets with the herb oil. Put in a shallow dish and rub with the olive oil and garlic. Heat grill to high and cook the chicken for 5 mins each side then remove. Add pepper and cover with clingfilm.
3 large eggs beaten. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and cook 2 crushed garlic cloves for 1 min then tip in half a 690ml jar passata 1 tsp caster sugar and 1 tsp dried oregano. My daughter would not eat chicken parmesan until she had this recipe and now she loves it. Season and simmer for 5 10 mins.
Add coated chicken and pan fry for about 8 to 10 minutes each side or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
